ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ผนึก LINE ประเทศไทย ประกาศความร่วมมือเป็นพันธมิตรสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจให้กับผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอีในยุคดิจิทัล ผ่านการเสริมศักยภาพและพัฒนาความรู้ช่องทาง LINE@ ให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรกิจสัมพันธ์รายย่อย ประจำ SCB Business Center ทุกสาขาในกรุงเทพฯ เพื่อเป็นตัวแทนในการให้คำแนะนำและส่งมอบบริการดังกล่าวแก่ลูกค้าเอสเอ็มอีของธนาคาร ซึ่ง LINE@ เป็นดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์มทางธุรกิจที่ได้รับความนิยมจากผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอี ใช้เป็นช่องทางในการทำการตลาด ประชาสัมพันธ์ และติดต่อกับลูกค้าทางตรงที่มีประสิทธิภาพในปัจจุบัน ทั้งนี้ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์นับเป็นธนาคารแห่งแรกที่ได้รับความเชื่อมั่นจาก LINE ประเทศไทย ในการรับรองให้เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรกิจสัมพันธ์รายย่อย เป็นตัวแทนถ่ายทอดความรู้และพัฒนาช่องทางการขาย พร้อมการให้สิทธิพิเศษต่าง ๆ ของ LINE@ สำหรับลูกค้าเอสเอ็มอี ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกที่ช่วยส่งเสริมให้บริการของธนาคารครอบคลุมมิติต่าง ๆ อย่างครบถ้วนตอบโจทย์ลูกค้าได้ดียิ่งขึ้น ทั้งการให้ความรู้ การมอบคำปรึกษา การเสนอสิทธิพิเศษพร้อมโปรโมชั่นต่าง ๆ จากคู่ค้า ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนทางด้านการเงิน ตอกย้ำเป้าหมายการเป็นทุกอย่างเพื่อลูกค้าเอสเอ็มอี โดยมีนางสาวอรุณี บุญเกิด ผู้อำนวยการ SME Value Partner สาย SME Ecosystem and Business Solution ลูกค้า SME ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และนางสาวสกุลรัตน์ ตันยงศิริ หัวหน้าธุรกิจ LINE@ LINE ประเทศไทย ร่วมประกาศความร่วมมือ

SCB SME partners with LINE@ to boost business and opportunities for SME customers

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has partnered with LINE Thailand to increase business opportunities for SMEs in the digital era, with LINE@ privileges available at all SCB Business Centers in Bangkok.  LINE@ is an effective digital business platform very popular among SMEs for marketing purposes, thanks to its simple features allowing them to make direct contact with customers.  SCB is the first bank entrusted by LINE Thailand to allow SCB SME relationship managers to serve as its representatives to provide recommendations and help SME clients develop sale channels and enjoy optimal privileges available through LINE@.  This collaborative effort will add another range to SCB’s services to fulfill every customer requirement, from providing useful knowledge, advice, and privileges offered by business partners in addition to regular financial support.  This cooperation truly reflects SCB’s goal of being everything for its customers.  This new cooperation was jointly announced by Miss Arunee Boongerd, Senior Vice President, SME Value Partner of Siam Commercial Bank (2^nd from right) and Miss Sakulrat Tanyongsiri, Head of LINE @, Line Thailand (2^nd from left).
